The "Cyclone Mill Twister" is a sample preparation grinding machine for near-infrared analysis of food and feed. The ground sample is discharged into an integrated cyclone generated by a jet stream created by the impeller and is automatically collected in a wide-mouth bottle. Due to the jet stream generated inside the grinding chamber, the heat generated during grinding is extremely low, reducing moisture loss in the sample. Since the grinding particle size is determined by a screen, there is no need to adjust the analytical machine each time. The impeller speed can be adjusted in three stages, allowing for grinding tailored to the sample.
